Have your kids had too much screen time and not enough green time? Bring them along to one of our many nature inspired holiday activities. The City’s Active and Healthy Program has partnered with Nature Play Qld to develop a range of outdoor adventures for children to enjoy.
Nature Play is all about getting the kids outdoors more often so that they reap the benefits of unstructured playing, learning and being physically active in our many parks, beaches and natural playgrounds. These holidays we are on a mission to help parents get the kids back into nature and discovering the true joy that playing outdoors provides.
Activities include a variety of ways for the kids (up to 18yrs of age) get out and play in nature, try a new activity and discover some of the great parks and places on the Gold Coast and burn off some Easter treats. The program is now available. click here for the full program
