Broadwater Parklands will come alive with the sound of music, movies, markets, art, car displays, and an impressive range of family fun activities throughout September and early October as part of City of Gold Coast’s ‘Bring on Spring’ celebration.
The fifth annual festival kicks off on Saturday 6 September with Flourish, a vibrant festival that brings together families and communities through art.
Every weekend throughout September and early October will be jam-packed with fun entertainment for the entire family and with the weather warming up, what better way to enjoy Spring on the Gold Coast.
A highlight of the ‘Bring on Spring’ festival this year will be Queensland’s Biggest Pool Party, the official opening of the Gold Coast Aquatic Centre with the Guinness World Record attempt on the day for the largest gathering of swimming caps.
Why not check out fRETfEST, a live music showcase and music mentoring program featuring original music suitable for families and people of all ages.
With so much on offer, it’s worth being part of ‘Bring on Spring’ 2014. Bring the whole family along to the Broadwater Parklands, spread a rug on the Great Lawn and enjoy some of the finest entertainment around.
