The Fun of this Gold Coast Park

Central Park at Pacific Pines is an amazing Gold Coast park packed with lots of facilities and things to do.  Boasting eight play areas and two shaded barbeque areas including picnic tables, there is plenty of space for your Gold Coast kids.  The older kids can run free on the flying fox and climbing jungle, while the little ones have a semi enclosed play area with pram access, slide, sand play table and rocking seats. Meanwhile all ages in between can utilise the sunken ship, wooden bridge, swings, mound, climbing tyre, spinning pole and other playground equipment. Work is currently being done to restore a stationary train as well. If that’s too exciting for one day, why not head down to the lake to feed the ducks!

The Facts of this Gold Coast Park

Pacific pines Central Park is located near the Pacific Pines Tavern and next to the cricket oval on the Gold Coast where you can enjoy an afternoon of family cricket.  Central Park is quite a large sized park with ample space to fit in all your activities.  There’s a walking track to walk all the way around the lake or head down to the exercise equipment to do your morning or afternoon workout.  The play areas are conveniently located together and are close by to the shaded bbq areas.  There’s also plenty of lawn area if you fancy a picnic instead or why not hold your kid’s next birthday party here.  Two unisex toilets are located at the top of the park so they are very easy to access if needed.  If all that is all too much and you’d rather read a book and take in the view, there is also a quiet spot off to the side or down by the lake, where you can escape all the madness and take a time out to relax.  Other facilities include drinking fountain, water tap and electricity.
